OC-GREEN™ SPF-GREEN (STAY IN PLACE CEMENTATIOUS FORMS):
OC-GREEN™ offers a unique cementatious stay in place formwork system (SPF-Green) that may be fabricated on the job site or in a permanent plant setting. SPF-Green can substantially save cost, reduces uses of formwork and erection and stripping time, dramatically enhance sound, fire and thermal insulation as well as reduce project duration.
SPF-Green also serves as an ideal replacement for the traditional time consuming column/beam/block construction and is applicable for any kind of concrete design load bearing densities from 600 Kg/m3 all way up to structural load bearing concrete. System achieves many benefits without compromising structural load bearing capacities of external building envelopes. The system is suitable for hot and cold climate applications.
SPF-Green constitutes a very strong self supporting formwork; capable of being filled on site with wet concrete OC-Green SPF requires no plastering. Finish is achieved via a thin layer fair faced skim coat of 5 to 10 mm without mesh reinforcement. SPF-Green can allow for additional structural load bearing capacity by incorporating extra reinforcing bars and/or increasing the strength of design mix of the concrete.
Wall SPF-Green stay in forms is custom manufactured to size in the factory or available in modular sizes. Depending on size of job, they can be manufactured at remote plant and delivered to the site or manufactured in mobile plants on large size projects. System features the following:
(a) Forms can be sized on site.
(b) Incremental modular sizes to reduce waste.
(c) Easy to assemble.
(d) Pre-engineering can be performed to plan optimal design.
(e) System has modular structural lintels and beams up to 220 Cm length to allow
for uninterrupted window and door openings forming.
(f) Ability to install door and window frames while constructing form.
(g) Upon core filling, high composite structural strength can be achieved
(h) Core fills are made of quality green insulating cementatious products
(both structural and non-load bearing based on job requirements.
